Thank you for considering SoCalSLR as your
housing choice. Here you could submit your application
form; however submission does not guarantee the
availability of rooms. We'll contact you for further
information.
Before you get started, please take a
look at our house rules, which you have to
comply with if you wish to join our community.
Please note: we assume that by
submission you agree with the following rules.

SoCalSLR's House Rules
- Make sure the door is closed anytime,
but be sure to carry the key if it is
locked.
- You have no right to authorize any non-tenants the
gate access (i.e. the gate code, as well as
the remote control for parking). If you have
friends come, open the gate for them in
person.
- Communicate with your roommates
regarding any late night activities
(e.g., doing laundry at 3:00am)
- You have no right to allow any
non-tenants to park their cars in our
properties.
- You have no
right to share the facility with any
non-tenants.
- You cannot park your car at the
entrance of the parking lot. Violator's
car will be towed away.
- You cannot have pets in your room.
- Keep serenity at late night. If you
will be holding a party, let your neighbors
and even the landlord know beforehand.
- Smoking indoor is absolutely
prohibited.
- In general we only allow
one room to be accommodated by a single
person. Sharing one room by more than one
person will result in additional
fees and should be preliminarily approved by the landlord.
- We may provide monthly housekeeping service,
but this is not mandatory. Please take out the
trash everyday or at least once per week. We
reserve the right to terminate this service.
Please note that as our website is still
pending construction, we are keeping
maintaining these rules and you'll have to
review the finalized version of them when
signing the contract. We believe that these
rules are quite reasonable and please do
adhere to them for our better environment
and quality of life. Last
